BELLE VOM HAUS MIDDLETON - AVAILABLE

Meet Belle! She was just spayed on January 29th and will be ready to go to her new home by February 15th, when she's completely healed from her surgery. She's an almost two-year-old German Shepherd from Czech and West German import lines. Belle's parents have been health tested and come from at least five generations of hip certifications. Belle is DM Clear per parentage and her sire was DNA tested through Embark and is not at risk for over 256 illnesses with a known genetic component. Belle gets along well with our other big dogs, both male and female, although she would probably do best as an only dog or with a same-size dog. No little dogs or cats as she has higher prey drive. I suspect she would do best in a quiet home where she can take some time to get to know her new family. She is housebroken, over her "chewing" phase and loves hanging out on her dog bed with her people close by. She's highly intelligent and has lived both in an outdoor kennel environment and inside of the house. When in the house, she has a very nice "off switch". She does great in a car (no car-sickness) and goes into the crate, but is not a big fan and prefers to just hang out on her dog bed. Belle is located in Oakland, Oregon.  In person pick-up, ground transportation or meet halfway (within reason) can be arranged.
