BELLE VOM HAUS MIDDLETON - AVAILABLE
Belle's adoption fell through and she is now available again due to no fault of her own. She's an almost two-year-old German Shepherd from Czech and West German import lines. Belle's parents have been health tested and come from at least five generations of hip certifications. Belle is DM Clear per parentage and her sire was DNA tested through Embark for over 256 illnesses with an identified genetic component. Belle gets along well with other big dogs, both male and female, although she would probably do best with a male dog. No little dogs or cats as she has higher prey drive, although she has been exposed to both. Belle has done well with both male and female handlers, although she does take a little while to bond with new people. I suspect she would do best in a quiet home and/or perhaps with a larger, well-mannered male dog. She is housebroken, over her "chewing" phase and loves hanging out on her dog bed with her people close by. She's highly intelligent and has lived both in an outdoor kennel environment and inside of the house. When in the house, she has a very nice "off switch". She does great in a car (no car-sickness) and in a crate. Belle is located in Oakland, Oregon.
Belle is scheduled for her spay on 01/29/25 and will be available mid-February when she's completely healed.
